We would like to kindly inform you that we do not offer any exchanges or refunds as items belong to private sellers. All the sales are final. For more information please contact our Team via email or phone.

We only accept items that are featured for sale in Reowned exclusively. We do not accept items that are featured in any other Cyprus- based platforms.
Reowned is happy to provide you with a VOUCHER for your friends and family. Please note that vouchers are valid for up to one (1) month from the date of the purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed without a proof of ID. Vouchers cannot be exchanged in cash. Vouchers are not refundable. If the voucher is not redeem by the due date then it gets cancelled. It is up to the buyer responsibility to ask about the terms of the vouchers before proceeding to order it.
CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?
You can reserve an item by making a 50% deposit of the total price upfront – Our team will reserve the item for you for a total of 10 days. To make a reservation you need to contact us via phone or visit us in store. Reowned cannot guarantee that the item will be available by the time the potential buyer wishes to make the deposit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY AN ITEM AND THEN DECIDE THAT I NO LONGER WANT IT?
We will be more than happy to place your item at Reowned again for sale. Please note that the Reowned commission will be applied as usual.
WHAT IS REOWNED’S COMMISSION STRUCTURE?
Commissions are fixed and applied to all clients. Commission is on Reowned price, NOT on RRP.
0 -800 EURO=30%
For higher prices the commission applies accordingly.
