WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY OF REOWNED?

ITEMS IN REOWNED.
We only accept items that are featured for sale in Reowned exclusively. We do not accept items that are featured in any other Cyprus- based platforms at the same time. Items that arrived in Reowned for sale must remain in store for a minimum time of 3 months – If you wish to collect your item back before the 3 months are completed then there is a fee of 20 EURO per item for the services provided.

REOWNED VOUCHERS
Reowned is happy to provide you with a VOUCHER for your friends and family. Please note that vouchers are valid for up to one (1) month from the date of the purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed without a proof of ID. Vouchers cannot be exchanged in cash. Vouchers are not refundable. If the voucher is not redeem by the due date then it gets cancelled. It is up to the buyer responsibility to ask about the terms of the vouchers before proceeding to order it.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?
You can reserve an item by making a deposit of the total price upfront – Our team will reserve the item for you for a total of 10 days. To make a reservation you need to contact us via phone or visit us in store. Reowned cannot guarantee that the item will be available by the time the potential buyer wishes to make the deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BUY AN ITEM AND THEN DECIDE THAT I NO LONGER WANT IT?
We will be more than happy to place your item at Reowned again for sale. Please note that the Reowned commission will be applied as usual.
