WHICH DESIGNERS DOES REOWNED BUY AND SELL?

At Reowned we do not buy the products directly as we work as a consignment store. You can send us photos and describe your item to us via Instagram or Facebook – Our team will check the photos and get back to you with a price quote within 3 working days – If you agree to proceed you can bring/send the item at Reowned for sale – As soon as your item gets sold we will pay you. Some of the brands that have been featured in our marketplace include: Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Cartier, Chanel, Chloé (not See by Chloe), Christian Dior, Céline, Dolce&Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Hermès, Louboutin (only new), Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Prada, Rolex (only with box and papers), Saint Laurent/YSL, Stella McCartney, Valentino (not RED Valentino). If you wish to sell/buy any other luxury brand that is not listed above it MUST come with its receipt/proof of purchase. Please contact our Team via email/Instagram/Facebook or phone. Our Team will check the item and inform you if it can get accepted.

DOES REOWNED GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY TO CLIENTS?

Yes, when buying from Reowned we guarantee that all items are subject to strict authenticity checks by our brands specialists. We offer guaranteed authenticity or money back within 12 months and with presenting your proof of purchase from Reowned.

HOW ARE PRICES EVALUATED?

We calculate a sell price based on several factors including, but not limited to, the below factors:

Original retail price, age of the item, style of the item, designer/brand, condition of the item, material/leather, colour of the item, availability and demand for the item.

WHY ARE SOME ITEMS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE RETAIL PRICES?

Some items are premium as they may be very difficult to find available in store or limited edition, or collectibles.

DOES REOWNED SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer European delivery for €10 or Express delivery for €35. Please choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout point when placing your order.

DOES REOWNED NEGOTIATE THE PRICES?

Prices are always fixed and we do not accept any negotiations. The prices are set after a research of each product and are all agreed and authorized by our private sellers.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. At Reowned your personal details will not be shared with any third party and will only be used for our records.

WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS DOES REOWNED ACCEPT?

We accept handbags, small leather goods such as wallets and card holders, watches and accessories such as scarves and earrings. We can accept footwear only if they are very good condition and come with their box and/or dustbag. We do not accept clothing.

WHAT CONDITION DOES MY ITEM NEED TO BE IN, IN ORDER TO GET ACCEPTED?

We only accept items in a very good condition, as all items need to be resellable, and do not have any major signs of wear. As an exception, we might be able to accept an item with some more signs of wear should it be on a great demand, vintage or limited edition.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery within Cyprus is accomplished via Akis Express Courier service. The parcel dispatches 1-3 working days once the order is completed.

Delivery to selected countries (UK, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, Finland) usually takes 10-15 working days for the flat rate of €10, or choice of express delivery for €35.
